Mold Damage – Wilmington Apartment Complex

Mold damage was discovered by the management of this apartment complex. They did their research then called SERVPRO out to assess one apartment unit with a fair amount of mold on the walls which they feared could potentially put a tenant’s health at risk. SERVPRO arrived on the job, sealed off the HVAC unit and proceeded with remediation of the mold. Special cleaning agents were used along with commercial drying equipment to remove the moisture that was present. We cleaned the entire unit. The entire process was monitored for air quality and humidity to assure the project was successful at stemming the mold growth. The client was extremely happy that we had safely and effectively restored the unit to a healthy, clean living space once again, free of mold!
