Surf City Fire Damage

This beautiful wood-framed house in Wrightsville Beach sustained significant fire damage when an electrical fire blazed from the first-floor front living room and charred the front veranda, second story bedroom and part of the gabled roof. Upon arriving, and after a safety inspection, our skilled Fire & Smoke Damage technicians removed the non-salvageable debris and then proceeded to seal the fire damaged openings. We extracted the water from the firefighting effort and placed air movers and dehumidifiers to mitigate secondary water damage. This house was treated to smoke and soot removal service from wiping hard surfaces, to cleaning out the HVAC system. After finishing up with odor elimination and sanitization by using air scrubbers and various type of fogging machines, the structure was ready for a full restoration to the fire damaged front.
